Hard Times Require Nurturing Your Mind And Body Health.

"Problems are not stop signs, they are guidelines."

Robert Schuller
"The greater the difficulty, the more glory in surmounting it. Skillful pilots gain their reputation from storms and tempests."

Epictetus

These are hard times for many people all over the world because of the global economic woes. The world is one big tapestry on which you are painting. A spilled paint in one corner affects the work of other painters. This means other people are experiencing whatever you're going through.

Therein lies the power of breaking your day into moments at a time. For each moment has solutions for the next moment. This technique helps you tap into the power of now. Practicing to live one moment at a time will not come easy. However, like everything else, practice brings perfection, for, a moment's problem surmounted provides ammunition for the next moment. This is a winning recipe for your mind and body health.

"Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved."

Helen Keller
"A pearl is a beautiful thing that is produced by an injured life. It is the tear [that results] from the injury of the oyster. The treasure of our being in this world is also produced by an injured life. If we had not been wounded, if we had not been injured, then we will not produce the pearl."

Stephan Hoeller
